It was not really clear to me that the item I ordered (warlord starter set) was not in stock and that I ordered it not in the Netherlands but in France, so it took longer than expected. Items were delivered well in the end.

Simply ordered. Arrived faster than expected.

Delivery more than punctual, well packaged. Item as expected, gladly again!

One thing, the packaging was crushed and the model box was damaged - not the first time this has happened to me.

It took a while to arrive but it's there and in good condition.

Had ordered and game, unfortunately I received it in French instead of the English version as described. Fortunately customer service helped me well and I got my money back in full after returning it free of charge.

Delivery in 1 day very expensive but on time! So very fast!

I placed an order beginning of December for making some christmas decorations. 1001 hobbies were so kind to wait 2 weeks before sending it with the result that it all arrived after christmas. Absurdly poor and stupid level of service! The one star necessary must be for not charging extra for keeping it on stock for the two weeks.

Order received well. Tracking good and clear. Delivery only took longer than expected, product said "in stock", but it was in stock at supplier, so it had to be ordered from supplier first.

Order fine to follow and received in good condition. Also, the order met expectations.

A good selection of kits but delivery took over a month. It appears that they don't stock some items themselves but have to order them elsewhere.And that can take a very long time.Very annoying if you had thought you could start your kit soon.

I bought two products 15 days before Christmas and it said they would arrive in a week. They did not arrive when it said, they did not notify me. After several unanswered calls I was told that they would arrive after Christmas, but in addition to being very late I only received one product. Bad communication and a disaster with the delivery. I ended up getting my money back for the other product.

The item I was looking for was sold out everywhere, only 1001hobbies indicated they still had stock and could ship within one business day. Therefore, I ordered the item from 1001hobbies. But after ordering, it was indicated that the item had to be ordered from the supplier first. This took 3 weeks. All this time the website indicated they still had stock. I find this deception. Also never had a response to my question about the order.

Fair prices, plenty of choice. Fast, well-packaged shipment.

I ordered on January 3rd for my dad's birthday, 10€ for postage, the parcel never arrived ! I had to email several times only to be told that there was a problem with my parcel. I am very disappointed.
