The shipment took a long time and was not to follow a week and a half long waited Then it turned out on arrival that it was a miniature puzzle this was not mentioned in the order at far zooming in on the picture I could have seen it very unfortunate

Delay a little longer than announced but order well received and well protected.

Extremely disappointed! I do not recommend this seller. The mock-ups were OK, but there was a 20-day delay with no information. I had to call again to finally learn that 1 can of paint was missing at 2 € which stopped an order of more than 250 €. In 3 weeks, no one was able to contact me to find a replacement! The icing on the cake was that some paints dried in their mini bottles. Not much from Pro!!! The good thing is that I looked elsewhere and found the same products.

Hello Very disappointed a late shipment order of February 12 received on 25 no exchange to explain this delay to customers.
