Everything was done correctly using website. The only complaints if you want to call them that is that the phone support was only in English (and so to avoid mistakes I did it myself using the site) and secondly the whole COBI catalog was not available (the selection was wide anyway) and some things I was looking for were not there... we will try again maybe later. I placed an order on December 7 and the site gave 2-5 days as shipping time. After a week has passed I write to customer service and they tell me that the products had just arrived in their warehouse and they would be shipping shortly. The shipment is not made and after several emails I see that the order status changes from ""in processing"" to ""package in preparation"". It has been in preparation for days now. This was a Christmas present that now can never arrive in time. What a disappointment.
It was just a pity that the models you didn't have in stock weren't indicated. So it took almost a month from the order (November 17) to payment by credit card and delivery... in mid-December... But you have some interesting models. In any case, I can recommend your brand without hesitation.

Hello. Very poor quality Breguet 2 Ponts model with lots of black fingerprints and lack of material on some parts. Very disappointed considering the cost compared to current models. Assembly instructions are poor. I don't recommend this model and this technology, which makes it necessary to plane all the parts.

Slow, inefficient and embarrassing service. Almost a month waiting for news of my order and they only contacted me when I opened the lawsuit on PayPal! In the meantime the package had not even been prepared. They charge you the money instantly and you have to wait at least 14 days to get it back. It is a store unable to cope with the demand both for lack of stock and inoperability when it comes to managing orders. I do not recommend it and I invite any potential buyer to look at any other store before buying from them.

Let's remember: I placed an order on November 4. On November 25 it is pre-registered at the post office pending to be taken to the post office for delivery. Today is Dec 8 (more than 1 month after placing the order) and it is still pending to be taken to post office for distribution. Reply from 1001 hobbies Dec 8 2020 Hello Thank you for your email. We look forward to hearing from you Customer Service 1001 hobbies I get a phone call on Dec 9 from a girl who must be from Eastern Europe who speaks and understands Spanish regularly and whom I can barely understand. She asks me if I want to reorder and I say yes. That same afternoon I receive an email that says "Reference number: COBI-21076 is not available so I have generated a credit note of 1999 euros valid for 1 year and usable once". Annoyed by the non-return of the money and for acting for the second time in the future and to run with shipping costs and to suffer again all this bad experience I answer with another mail in which I ask for the return of the 1999 euros or to change it for another article of the same value. On December 10 I receive another email confirming that the new order has been modified with the new article. On December 15 I send another email due to the lack of news and with the loss of confidence in the good work of this company whose website says "shipping between 5-7 days" to complain about the delay and "hurry". In the order history I see that only one item out of six that I ordered is in stock and the rest is "in process". On December 22 I receive this email: "You have ordered products with a long lead time as indicated on the product pages and in your basket summary of the""Ships in 2 to 4 weeks". We have estimated the delivery of your package between January 7th and 8th. Thank you for your understanding. See you soon." In other words, I place an order on NOVEMBER 4th to be delivered the following week approximately, and on December 22nd they lie to me with the "2 to 4 weeks" that now appears on their website to justify I suppose their nefarious management of orders. And I can no longer see the history of my orders. Well, it seems that I have to be annoyed. I totally discourage the purchase with this company as any other will surely do much better. I got carried away by some positive opinions and everyone gives their opinion as they see fit, but it's like playing Russian roulette and in that game there is nothing good to win. It is better to look for
