Not so good as a first experience because I got the wrong merchandise. But very well afterwards because after an email they acted immediately to send me the right merchandise. I will definitely buy again.

As much as in general it is a serious efficient store with good assistance over several years I have had some unpleasant surprises including lastly sending a model that was not ordered instead of one moreover of a different scale that was no longer available even though it showed up on the site. I don't know if the mishap was due to a failure to update the site in real time but I would have found it more logical to keep the money on credit for a later order rather than send a model that I was not interested in forcing me to waste time sending it back. That aside, I am pleased with the wide variety of models and the reliability of the system.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. It's a disaster!!! Out of 2 available items, 1 was transformed into a credit note and the other was shipped, supposedly 3 days ago. Since then my parcel is in the wild? No indication of pick-up on the Mondial Relay website. I'm not satisfied and I won't give up! Even if you can't be reached by phone or e-mail, I'd like some explanations. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 7-9 business days and instead took 12. Since it was an item I was supposed to decorate for Christmas each day of delay was heavy to catch up on. A meager communication came from support about the delay in restocking and this unnerved me because if you don't have the item in stock you don't sell it. If I had in fact known it was out of stock I would have purchased the same item from another retailer at a lower price where the estimated delivery time was 10 business days. Another thing: since the item has a cone shape I asked for gift wrapping (cost 2.50€) to have something more ""professional"" than what I could have done (who with packages anyway I do pretty well) and I was delivered the cone simply wrapped in a sheet of colored paper and with a scotch tape closure to say the least embarrassing. I think with a little more care and attention something better could have been done. I am not giving a star because with the purchase anyway I was given a 5€ off coupon on my next purchase. I will most likely not use it but it is still a kind thought.

Don't even think about buying. I am editing a previous review because the system won't let me make another review. This is my second review of the same order. I ordered it 20 days ago I made a review 4 days ago that they answered me today telling me that customer service will contact me lie. They send you a tracking number from the post office showing that they have not delivered the package to the post office for delivery. I will continue to update every day the valuations for everyone to know.

1 star because 0 is not possible. Ordered a model on December 4 and opted for fast delivery at more than 8 euros to be sure to have it for Christmas. On December 10 no news, no tracking number, so I emailed to find out the status of my order and was told that they were waiting for the product and would send it to me as soon as they received it. Re mail from me on December 15 because still no news and then I'm told they had a stock problem and that the product is no longer available a week before Christmas and I'm offered a model that has nothing to do with the one ordered which I refuse and I therefore request a refund of 145€78 which I hope will be done as soon as possible that my grandson is a gift for Christmas. 1001 maquettes I

Good Service, Bad Package Tracking No problems except I paid the extra charge for tracking in the USA and the "tracking" was basically useless. It never gave me an actual location, just (eventually) that the item had been delivered to the destination country...pretty broad as it's a pretty big country. But the model did arrive safe & sound, and in general I was pleased with the service.
