No joints at the hands, cracks in the right arm at the joint, the head has no joint either. Does it look like a counterfeit??? I am waiting for a response from customer service.

Two aspects in the experience, the purchase on the site was very smooth, the delivery times and the customer service contact were deplorable. 7 weeks for delivery of an item supposedly in stock with a delivery time of 7 days and only one contact after 6 weeks on my follow-up, very anachronistic in today's e-commerce world. After that, the product is totally in line with expectations, that's already something.

Well, everything is fine as your site already said, it's perfect. Just a small downside, a few more 1/35 scale figures for WWII armored crews would be perfect.

The product matches, but very disappointing how it was packaged. Despite having paid for double packaging. Fortunately, the product did not arrive damaged even though the box was all broken. I expected more care in the packaging given the amount paid.
