Six weeks and waiting... Ordered a model for Christmas - It's nearly February and nothing. The Hermes tracking number says 'awaiting dispatch' and the 1001 website says 'on its way'. Have twice tried to cancel the order but nothing so have raised a disputed transaction with my Bank - regretting getting sucked in by their low price and should have realised when the payment went to an overseas company. I would advise extreme caution dealing with this company.

They have taken two weeks to prepare two items they had in stock. They ship a day later than the estimated delivery date they gave me when I selected the freight rate.

Friendly contact, fast delivery - everything to be pleased about! A very nice gesture on their part: a first parcel lost in the busy run-up to Christmas. Unsuccessful search with the carrier. 100 maquettes offered to recompose the parcel and send it again. I accept and ask them to enclose an invoice, as it's the carrier's responsibility, not theirs, to deal with the loss. To my surprise, the new parcel arrived with an invoice for zero Euros, including postage.

Zeer ontevreden Zeer ontevreden! Een artikel besteld op 06/12/2020 en tot op heden nog steeds niet ontvangen. Na herhaaldelijk contact, doen ze me verschillende 'aanbiedingen': 5% korting op volgende aankoop, een credietnota, terugzenden van artikel (!). Terwijl de wettelijke levertermijn van 30 dagen ruimschoots is overtreden en ik dus recht heb om de verkoopsovereenkomst ongedaan te maken en ze mijn geld terug moeten storten!

Order fulfilled in biblical time for a product presented in stock and instead not available. Too bad

Order placed 30th December, no sign of it over a month later and company is impossible to contact. Many other customers appear to have had similar problems. Avoid.

Frankly, the preparation is too long and the top of the propeller plate does not correspond at all to the photo. My hpi motor housing is very satisfactory.

My birthday is before Christmas and my son has sent me a voucher for a gift. We are now on January 20 and we still haven't received anything, but above all we haven't heard anything. You can imagine the amount of work it would take to send a voucher by e-mail .... Not at all serious

Perfect and fast

It has been over a month now It has been over a month now, where the parcel has been shipped however the courier is still awaiting the parcel, will be requesting Paypal to obtain a refund, will not use these again!

Terrible Customer Service! The company sent the wrong items. It took me six emails to finally get them to somewhat acknowledge the mistake. I was supposed to pay postage to send the wrong items back to France. I'll never do business with the company again. $50 out the window.

I am extremely happy with 1001 model... I am extremely happy with 1001 model kits! The order process was very easy and they kept me updated on the status of my order from the time I ordered to when it was delivered! I will definitely be ordering from them again and I highly recommend them! Thank you , William Hammond
