The parcel had a long way to go but I was really surprised how fast the delivery from France to Austria Innsbruck worked. As always, the Austrian parcel service once again managed to make a hole in my parcel because they will never learn that they shouldn't throw parcels. But luckily the kit was undamaged. My kit is from Trumpeter and I'm really looking forward to assembling it! And as always I got a great kit from the company 1001 Hobbies. Thanks for that!!!

Very bad time of specail courier to my address - more than 3 weeks and order not received yet !

They had a awesome selection of hard to get model kits (well hard to get in the US anyways). Prices were okay but considering I couldn't find them anyplace else it is what it is. Fast shipping too even with things as messed up as they are now! I will use them again for my model needs!!!

I understand that International Shipping can get delayed. Please consider better communication. An email telling me my package is still on the way is useless. I would rather know when it is and when it leaves. The tracking link only states it has reached destination country.

The order is not complete and this is not the first time! On customer service you have to wait a long time and when you finally get to speak to someone it has to be in English.

On this site they offer items that they do not have in stock. When you pay for them the problems come and they hold your order until they receive the items. You offer solutions and they do not respond to your emails. It is a site that is based in Spain (Madrid) and they attend you by phone in French. You can check it. My order is paid and held. Products delivered as ordered. However, contrary to what was displayed on the merchant site at the time of ordering, the items ordered were not in stock and had to be restocked by the supplier, which delayed the dispatch of this order. After a complaint, the sales department estimated that this product would be shipped within 3 to 5 working days, but I'm positive that it was in stock (four items remaining) at the time of my order. While this malfunction of the site or stock management had no effect on the final outcome of the transaction, it did damage the image of the service.
