Parcel sent late, then attempt at 4:50 am to deliver my parcel, relay point closed (normal). Customer service replied that the parcel had arrived, but nothing more, the same for mondial relay. Finally, the parcel arrived late. And broken object. Customer service asked me for a photo, offered me a refund if I returned the item or a discount if I kept my broken mug! I asked customer service how returns work, and never heard from them again! To flee!!!!!

I ordered a model car from 1001hobbies.co.uk.
It arrived in the UK at my address extremely fast after placing my order.
I didn't know i was ordering from another country, i thought the website was UK based but the model car i ordered was sent to me from France. Not a problem as such but i prefer to buy from inside the UK and had i known i was ordering from France i probably would have bought the model car elsewhere.
Saying that, the service was great and delivery was fast and the price was good so all in all i have no complaints and will buy from 1001hobbies.co.uk again for sure.

Hello Ordered Smith Rotterdam at 1/75th the box was delivered damaged because the packaging was of very poor quality (packed in a simple plastic bulpack). Fortunately the kit is not damaged, too bad because the box billing boats is very beautiful.
