Fast delivery payment of 20euros delivery within one week

Two problems with the delivery: I asked for a home delivery but it didn't take place, so I had to collect the parcel from the post office. Apparently a problem with colissimo in my area. So I paid more for home delivery, which I didn't get. Second thing: one of the puzzle boxes arrived very damaged, apparently dented by one of the other boxes. Otherwise, the products are exactly as pictured on the online ordering site.

The list of relay points is inaccessible (even with the F5 key)

Packaged arrived & it was what I ordered - so 5 stars. The only issues: I thought the package was originating from USA because the webpage I ordered the items from had a Chicago contact number (I was a little surprised when I saw it was coming from France and it would take several weeks). Package tracking was good until it arrived in the US - then there was no tracking at all (couldn't estimate what day it would arrive). This is somewhat important where I live as people steal packages left on doorsteps - so I like to be home when an expected package arrives.

Super nothing to say. Already ordered 2 models and paintings. Perfect delivery. Soon I must order 1 third. I don't think I'll be disappointed.

The products correspond to the order. These products were supposedly available for delivery within 3 days. Products ordered and charged to card on 101020. Received on 221020. 10 days delivery by colissimo is very expensive.

My puzzles arrived a day late but UPS admitted the mistake was theirs. 1001 modelkits kept me out date all the way along and the puzzles were well packed. Delivery price was very reasonable since the puzzles came from France and delivery was very quick (UPS allowing).I'll happily shop with them again.
