The goods arrived safely I am satisfied

I have never used 1001 Modelkits before, but found them online when looking for a specific type of kit. Ordering was easy, although I thought they were UK based, but the tracking detail said France. Despatch took a bit longer than anticipated and the order was delivered by UPS. Everything was as ordered and I would use them again if they have the items I want.

A little too expensive considering the quality (injection points too visible, no canvas on the base) and you have to add the shipping costs. Otherwise, the delivery time was perfect and the package was well packed, so there was no breakage. In the end, it's hard to find anywhere else with the same quality-price ratio (according to my research), fast delivery and coming from a boutique in France (not a warehouse in France).

Customer service Hello As I wrote to you in an email and have sent it several times already but without a reply. UPS asks me for a price that almost doubles the cost of the product I bought from you and that includes shipping. The main problem in my opinion is that on your site where it is very easy to buy products there is no place for customer service regarding problems, returns, complaints and the like, there is no email mentioned on the site.
