UPS asks me for a price that almost doubles the cost of the product I bought from you and that includes shipping. The main problem in my opinion is that on your site where it is very easy to buy products there is no place for customer service regarding problems returns complaints and the like there is no email mentioned on the site. Model box was shipped without a packing... Model box was shipped without a packing box, so when it arrived the model box was damaged. This was meant to be a gift, and now it looks all crappy. Especially for the outrageous shipping price. **reply to shipper's comment** It was shipped by being wrapped in bubble wrap. No shipping box. The label was taped to the bubble wrap.
