I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I thought I would. I ordered a model LCT-6 on Saturday 14th November as it was the best price on the internet paid with PayPal and waited. Email confirmations and thank you' s then nothing! Used to Amazon next day deliveries I was a little concerned so checked trust pilot. Mainly good reviews but some poor - had I made a mistake? Turns out no model arrived in good condition on 20th new and all email advices beforehand advising its status. Some people were complaining it came from France - so what the service was good the price was good and we are in a pandemic!! Would definitely use again - Thank you for your service 1001 models

Ik weet niet waar deze mensen mee bezig zijn. Maar na een bestelling overduidelijk naar het verkeerde adres verzonden te hebben (het niet bestaande 413 in plaats van 41-3) komen ze niet terug met een oplossing. Zij hebben niet geleverd maar geven ook niet het geld terug. Telefoonnummer werkt niet mailen werkt niet. Zelfs een aangetekende brief komt terug omdat hun adres niet klopt. Edit: Op de factuur staat duidelijk 41-3. Dus wat hieronder wordt beweerd klopt niet.

1001 usually have the kits that I want. Delivery can sometimes take quite a while as the warehouse seems to be in France. Last order seemed to take about 3 weeks from order to delivery, but they are probably suffering with lockdowns as much as anyone.

Ordered products on 09.11.2020, money taken from account but no correspondence from seller and products have not been delivered. No way of contacting company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Anybody thinking of purchasing from this company I cannot urge you not to.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order which after 2 weeks had not arrived on trying to contact them I really struggled to get through, when I eventually did I was fobbed off by someone who could barely speak English. After 3 weeks and contacting them again I was told my item was discontinued yet it took them 3 weeks to realise this and only because I contacted them and yet they still took my money. BEYOND A JOKE

I used this site only once. My order was relatively complex (several small objects) and a couple of things did not figure in stock when I placed the order. Everything arrived with a very reasonable delay. I am satisfied.

I am pleased. This is my fourth or fifth order and I have been satisfied with all of them. I would include color catalogs of vallejo acrylic paints in the product offering and the colors themselves of course.
