I have always been satisfied with 1001 maquettes. However, with this order I received a kit in which three parts still on the cluster were melted. I wrote an email to 1001 maquettes but I didn't receive any answer from them.
Delivery always so fastcontent corresponds to my request. I will continue to order to 1001 maquet
Order placed on August 9 and the package is being packed... 2 weeks to pack caterpillars??? Worst site I've ever ordered from in terms of delivery times.

When I enter my order number in the box they provide to track my parcel, nothing happens. I still have no response as to when I may expect to receive my merchandise. Had I known it would take the better part of a month to fulfill an order for one sheet of decals and two tins of paint, I would have gone elasewhere.

Revell models in line with the price ( average ) but for my 8 year old son it's very good. The downside is the delivery: the boxes were quite damaged because the carriers don't give a damn. Fortunately, the inside was intact. I don't know if I'd get a 130€ Tamiya model delivered by
I only ordered products noted""in stock"". After 1 week my order was not sent because a product was missing. Complaint and promise of reimbursement, order sent. A product damaged during shipment (unpacked model brush) and still no refund for the missing product 5 weeks later. In the end, I only lost a few euros, but I doubt I'll be ordering from this site again.

I ordered two Trumpeter 1/32 A10's from 1001 Modelkits at a very good price. The ordering process was simple, and I was given updates throughout the packing process. The kits arrived by UPS within the month in excellent condition. I understand that alot of people are unhappy with their experience, but i will be using this company again. Thankyou 1001 🙂

Poor packing allows damaged package I ordered a Porsche 356 Di cast model and it was only wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap. The car itself arrive okay but the packaging/display was damaged. This could have easily been prevented with another layer of wrap or a box and wrap. Not worth sending back as it appear this is the only/last one available in silver.
