Claims amazing customer service call the number and I can't get a person or leave a number so I have to leave an email however my issue is time-sensitive and I need to be able to call. There is no indication your order goes through when placing an order. When you go to enter credit card information you are redirected to a sketchy site and they keep rejecting my Visa.

I ordered 1/72 scale pilots for my red arrow planes and was very happy with the detail of the figures. They arrived on time and well packaged. I was kept well informed every step of the way. The only thing that I suppose I could criticise about is when they were displayed online they were painted but as far as I can remember it did not say in the description that they came unpainted which was a worry until they arrived . I was very glad that they did come unpainted so that I could paint them in the colour I needed. A brilliant product.

There were problems with the banking system, which your representative fixed promptly. Otherwise 5 stars.

The payment options were nice and the kit arrived much faster than I ever imagined. The packaging was nice and sturdy and the kit arrived in great condition.
