I ordered 2 books from there which were both shown as available. The order then stated that one of the two was backordered, which then took more than 14 days. However, when I asked by e-mail, I quickly received a polite and competent reply that my order would be delivered within the next week, which it was. In the meantime, the book in question was still listed as ""Available"". However, as the book was no longer available anywhere else, the whole thing is still acceptable for me, only the delivery times could be better managed.

First the order was not processed then I had to file several complaints and when I threatened to take legal action my request for processing was heard. Not recommended SUGGESTION: THE REMOTE CONTROL IS MISSING FROM THE FLYER!!! ACCORDING TO THE DESCRIPTION THIS IS PART OF THE PACKAGE! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE MINUS STARS. With reference to the impertinent response to my review, I would like to comment because my case was only processed when I contacted trustpilot. Nobody was able to help me for more than 8 days. I was always sent a message in bad German in which I had to keep telling them exactly what the problem was.
