Shopping was easy. Shipping is taking a long time.
The delivery went well, but unfortunately I haven't been able to pick up the package yet. Since I am not home for 2.5 weeks. I won't be home until early July and by then the package will have been returned.

Price and shipping cost is reasonable. Shipping as quick. However, packaging is no good. No forms or bubble wraps just a perfect fit paper box. And the box is thin and flimsy. Actual box of the kit has multiple damages especially on corners

Good and fast service, the only thing I find disappointing is that the Dutch language is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions.
I consider them to be good products, of high quality and the prices are appropriate, the purchasing and delivery process is very efficient and everything arrives on time and in good condition. There was no problem with the courier service. The bag arrived in perfect condition. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
It is absurd to travel 60 km to go to BRT to pick up the goods. At home, do we need to include shipping in the purchase of materials???
