The glue container arrived open with spillage of the glue throughout the package. It is virtually unusable forcing me to purchase another package which I will not do from you.

I ordered 3 items and what i received were two correct items and one incorrect which i did not order Order number 6JUCCAC5F I received an item called PLA NAVY FLIGHT DECK CREW with item number CDM350003 but i ordered item number AHMM35-003 which is a Micro-Mir G7ET3 German Torpedo I tried to contact 100hobbies nl but the only thing i heard was a message machine I also send two emails but until this day i get no respond I paid arround 30 euros for something i did not order and i can not use I still have some good hopes that they will solve this problem and otherwise i have to go to the police to report this and take further steps

I placed the order on 27th Oktober and I still have not received the items I paid for. (today is 23rd November) Have tried to contact 1001 Hobbies by e-mail for over a week , but no replies. Have received a packet containing wrong items. What is the problem and why no answers ? 24th November - still no reply

Satisfactory packaging but almost 1 month for an order of 6 pots of paint! No information on progress except when I contacted the site by e-mail (quick response but no estimated time). No word of apology ... nothing It's a shame because my 1st order was perfect. In short, the paint I ordered 1 week before the containment to keep me busy was received a few days before the containment.
