My kit was received very quickly when taking into account the worldwide shipping delays. The packing box was damaged but the team had done such a good job packing it that nothing inside was damaged in anyway. I will definitely order from them again.

Fast shipping and in order

I found 1001 Modelkits have a huge stock and fast despatched I'm a UK shopper... shopping in France and the time it took to arrive is faster than some orders I place with UK sellers. Even COVID-19 coudn't slow them down. A good service all round.A happy shopper and I'll be back for more. John

Original item ordered did not arrive as got sent wrong item and when tried to correct original given as unavailable so made request for substitute item that received ok, a bit disappointed that original item not available but substitute item ok so satisfactory outcome after bit of a wait

Everything is correct except for the use of ""coupons. The e-mails sent are incomplete and not always easy to use. We'll put this down to inexperience.

The Company communicates in incorrect Italian. The expected delivery date was exceeded. Without my request I was notified immediately that the order was completed. From subsequent emails the order was actually completed more than a week later and subsequent to my reminder. This does not engender a climate of trust. The online tracking on the site is not useful as it has only a few possible statuses and does not clarify the status of the order. I did not give three stars because in the end the product arrived to me and is what I ordered. But the information to the Customer is severely lacking.

Ordered decals for F4U model Ordered decals for F4U model. My mistake, the decals were for a 1:43 scale model. My model is 1:32 scale. Returned to your website, but could not find 1:32 scale decal sheet. Thanks.
