Unreachable by phone, repeatedly emailed, but that did not provide a solution. Finally got someone on the line, who solved everything nicely. I was concerned after reading some review saying the items had not turned up and difficulty in contacting 1001. I was going to give it a couple of weeks but the concern was short lived as the model was delivered in a little over a week from ordering even coming from france and delivered by UPS.
