I am awarding 4 stars because the advertisement leads one to believe you are a UK based company and it was only when I was advised by Hermes that they had a parcel from B2C Europe and upon subsequent delivery that I realised you were based outside UK. That in itself is not a problem, I am happy to deal with companies outside UK, it was just not expected. Apart from that excellent, kits were as ordered and dispatched promptly but delivery was longer than I expected as I thought you was UK based, but was ok considering you are not UK based..

On an order that there were problems with the supplier for 2 items out of 10 they did not send me the order. It has been 20 days. I have asked them to advance me what they have but they tell me that they will send me the order only when everything is ready. I am still waiting
I placed an order on June 10th, payment was confirmed on the 12th, it is now the 19th and the order is still in process. I ordered all the products that according to the website were in stock, so I don't understand the delay in receiving the order.

Avoid. Unreliable and 0 customer service I have been waiting for 13 days my order. The phone line as been cut off so no way to talk to someone. Once I have contacted them via support on the webpage they finally told me there was an issue with the stock levels, which is understandable but should have been made aware at time or purchase or been contacted directly when prior the expected delivery date. Once they reply via email any response you send back there is no action. I had to contact the 6 times via the support every time going no where. 10 days after the expected delivery date, and after for the 3rd time requesting to cancel the order and refund the money, I receive a new order confirmation email, UNBELIEVABLE. As soon I receive the parcel It will sent back and hoping the 30days money back guarantee is not an other scam. This is not how you treat your customers.

I placed my order and paid in full on May 29, 2020. To date, I have had no news about my order and no advice of any kind about delivery times. I regularly check the site, which tells me that my order has been in process since June 1, 2020 and that one of the requested products is being restocked, but no details of any kind have been given to me, even though the site has my full contact details, including my e-mail address. This shows not only a lack of follow-up but above all a lack of consideration for my needs.

June 4th, 2020: I replied to say I would accept an alternative product priced £7.99 plus a £3 voucher. June 6th, 2020: Having had no reply from them, I re-sent the email of June 4th. June 10th, 2020: Having had no reply to either of my previous emails, I emailed again, asking them to cancel the original order and issue a refund, as I had lost faith in their ability to fulfil the order.
