My experience was very bad more than 45 days ago I placed my order and it has not arrived yet the transport company has not received it they do not want to give me my money back. Compared to other companies very bad I have placed orders elsewhere during the pandemic and in a max of 5 days I had everything in my mailbox.
I placed an order with 1001 models on May 12 and it's been a month and I still haven't received it. I paid more for the fast shipping as it was for a gift. They don't answer my emails that yes they have charged everything and don't refund the money. If I don't receive my order in these days the next thing I will do will be to report it to the Co.

Building Models has been a lifelong hobby, now there very few high street shops where you can go and browse so to have online shopping in these lockdown times is a life saver. My experience with 1001 models has been first class. Hope to have a long relationship
The products are good however I cannot accept that my order was accepted my credit charged and then was told later that 2 items were not available. I requested a refund however received a voucher to spend for the value of the products. Then had to work out for myself that I had to spend more than the value of the discount voucher to redeem the value of the voucher. The order was delivered in 2 parts and took 9 weeks from start to finish. Also poor communications and no apology for taking 9 weeks to complete the order. I will not be ordering from 1001mquetas again.t

The same as in other opinions the product is not bad but it arrived 1 month later than they told me when I paid for it and when I complained they sent me emails where they blatantly lied to me saying that the economic shipping can take 4 to 6 weeks when at no time did they say it. In fact, they gave me a delivery date between May 11 and 13 (I ordered it on April 25) and I received it on June 8. One can understand a slight delay due to the coronavirus but I have ordered many other things online and it has taken me a couple of days. If you are in a hurry NO C

Order placed and paid for on March 31 As of May 8, they are no longer even responding to emails. They just made excuses and the package never turns out to have been delivered to colissimo. Made a complaint to the carabinieri They don't make a refund and only make excuses and then they don't even respond anymore They are just thieves !!!!
