One month after purchase and I'm still waiting for the order......

I bought a model on April 25 and today, June 5, I still have not received my model. You have no shame every time I claim by mail you say that it is on its way. you don't even pick up the phone. Either the package arrives or you return the money.

Hello The ad indicated a SD.KFZ. 25110 Ausf.C (beige and green color) and I received a SD.KFZ 2519 Ausf.C (gray color). I'm disappointed because on the invoice it says 25110. I think the seller lacks seriousness in his ad and could warn me, it's the least polite thing to do.
