Shipping took a little longer than stated. Goods in order.

Easy to order and receive. Quick shipping. Widely pre-announced delivery. Items ordered in line with expectations. Not-so-low shipping costs suggest ordering at least two or three items together.

I ordered in early June. A month later they sent me the wrong parcel. They would not send the correct order until this wrong parcel was returned. Many many e-mails later, most of which were not answered, I finally received my order in the middle of August.

I was disapppointed frankly. Covid problems and postage difficulties I understand. I ordered three products and heard nothing for two months, then I heard one was unavailable (I was surprised to see it advertised frankly). The other two would come and I would be credited with the balance, not refunded. OK I found something else, had to repay the postage, OK. Came quickly. But the third product is still advertised, despite repeated e mails from me. If I click on it, it goes into my basket (three times now). I even get reminders that it is there in my basket (even if not in store) and I have not paid. This is my only real issue here. Thanks for your early reply. Much appreciated. The item I requested is the Dragon 1/71 M4A3 105 VVSS. I was very surprised to see it advertised as it is almost impossible to find. It does need to come off your store list, as it is still inviting payment after entering the basket. Unless it is now back in stock of course! Good luck in these hard times

On the paint cans you added warning stickers in French the only problem is that you stuck them on the paint reference. As there were two brown colors, it was difficult, fortunately I managed to remove some of them.

After having ordered 6 products which were in stock...the company after 10 days of waiting without news announces to me after I contacted them that 2 products are unavailable and that they will refund me. I receive the rest of the order and 1 product is missing. They told me that it too was unavailable and that I would be reimbursed once again. I've been waiting 11 days for my refund. I only have a credit note for the first 2 products and nothing for the 3rd. This company is not serious. At the time of my order, the products were all in stock and available. No apology or compensation from them...Given the price of the models, it's a shame. I don't recommend this site, which lacks seriousness. The 14 days are a lie. It's been 18 days and I still have no refund in sight... I've had to threaten to sue them for fraud so that they'd get back to the accounting department, which I haven't heard anything about...

The cost of shipping was a bit high, but this is a difficult model to find in the States, and the overall price was competitive or cheaper than what I was seeing elsewhere.

I'd like to give 0 stars but i dont... i'd like to give 0 stars but i dont have the chance. The parcel was according to 1001 Hobbies delivered in my mailbox, which is actually not possible due to the size of product!!!! After communication i am now considered as ""cheater"" and refund is refused. it just about 25 euros and now what they offer is just 10 euro voucher. As a plastic model fans i could be a regular customer but now... i will just contact a lawyer to get my money back and say goodbye.

Too many miniatures don't conform to assembly standards. Some manufacturers border on fraud, e.g. Master Box LTD boite French Hussar Napoleonic war Serie, where no parts could be attached. Be very careful, it's up to you to check the conformity of the equipment you are selling. Amadeu
