The products arrived as ordered Too bad it took a month to receive them and it was not specified when ordering (04.12-23.12) It was also not specified that the products were not in stock

This review could have been worse. The item shipped was not what I ordered, and communication with their customer service was complicated by the fact that they are located in France creating time and language barriers. However I do feel that they cared and did show concern for the issues, even if they couldn't resolve them, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I still haven't received my order, which according to Colissimo was delivered on 15/12. The person who called me back after my complaint was supposed to send me an e-mail so that I could send my two figurines back to the post office relay point. I understand that I will receive my order after Christmas, but I would now like to have some visibility on my order, its reception and if I have an affidavit to make you certifying that I have not received anything and signed.
