Very efficient service and I was able to follow the progress of my order very easily. I would definitely buy from 1001 again.

I ordered two Trumpeter 1/32 A10's from 1001 Modelkits at a very good price. The ordering process was simple, and I was given updates throughout the packing process. The kits arrived by UPS within the month in excellent condition. I understand that alot of people are unhappy with their experience, but i will be using this company again. Thankyou 1001 🙂

Customer service at 1001 Modelkits is fantastic- after Royal Mail lost my order, I emailed and not only did they ship the replacement immediately, they offered me a discount for my next order. My order arrived two days later! Thank you for your fantastic service, my son is delighted with his dice!

Poor packing allows damaged package I ordered a Porsche 356 Di cast model and it was only wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap. The car itself arrive okay but the packaging/display was damaged. This could have easily been prevented with another layer of wrap or a box and wrap. Not worth sending back as it appear this is the only/last one available in silver.

There were no problems with the order. Where I'm not satisfied is with the choice of paints, with off""glue + 6 paints"" . Of the 6, only 3 I can use with my model. There wasn't even a matte black color, which seems to me to be a basic one.

The parcel has arrived. I ordered it on Thursday at 9am...it was specified that I would receive it the next day (Friday the 14th). To be sure I paid Chronopost (still guaranteed within 24h). According to the information available on the Chronopost tracking system, my parcel was dispatched on Friday evening....36h to put 5 cans of paint in a poor pouch...not very serious! I paid the Chronopost for nothing...and I find it intolerable to have to pay even more to have "the right" to pay with paypal...your competitors are more reliable and faster. The parcel conforms however.... Maj: the information provided by Chronopost is contradictory to what you write below... I can't put a screenshot...too bad. You're offering me a 5€ voucher and a refund for the Chronopost shipment. It's a credit to you and very commercial of you, my friend.

I purchased 2 metal earth items, and service with this company was first class. They were well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Although postage was a little high they were worth it.

The service provided is first class and the quality of the kits is outstanding. Given the fact that the covid 19 has so disrupted everything the delivery of each order has been so much better than I could ever have expected. Thank you for the great service and the great kits.
