This was my first purchases with 1001and completely on line because of COVID-19. I usually like to discuss any questions I may have about the items I wish to purchase with a member of staff but glad to say that everything turned out ok. The range of items was a delight to see from just one supplier. I am now considering my next buying spree with 1001. Thanking all the team for a great effort in delivering my order within one week. Today 15.0520 goods have not yet arrived. Ordered on 01.05.20 and status on 06.05.20 with DHL shipment announced

Be careful when ordering from this supplier as the delivery dates are very excessive (currently in excess of 6 weeks) and communication is poor. I have repeatedly asked for a refund by email and the request is being ignored. There is no way to contact them other than by email as the phone is either off or straight to answer an machine.

For my first model i overestimated myself a bit but everything is clear in the views so not too many problems. package received on time despite the confine

The reviews are for 1001 Maquettes, not 1001 Puzzles. Available when ordered, payment taken and still not delivered after almost a month (15042020). I'm not even talking about the 20 euros for Exapac delivery. Taken in charge according to 1001 Puzzles on 7052020 but still not delivered. Packages received in 3 days with Exapac on other products.

Very long delivery. Paid same day but item shipped only 6 days later. Poor packaging, damaged box. And above all, no refund as stated in the return conditions. You only offer a credit note or an exchange. I do not recommend

I am very disappointed. I called several times and sent an email with no response. I wanted to contact them for my parcel which was sent back to the store to ask them for an additional address but it was impossible to get them on the phone.
