It took me ages to get my money back

Placed order n 197323 on March 17 nn I have received nothing contacted several times by email every now and then they respond but always with incomprehensible answers The last response was that I would be refunded this at the beginning of June then disappeared and no refund I have reported to both postal police and financial police only teasing bad experience

Absolutely terrible service took over… Absolutely terrible service took over 14 days to arrive for items that fitted in a large envelope type package , no updates , it took them 5 days before it was sent from the day of my payment for the order, the worst online shop I have ever used , no way to realistically contact and when I did email no reply after 3 emails , obviously they don’t care about their customers at all ! will not buy from again ever

Hello I received my R5 Turbo model in the post. But the package was folded in two. However nothing is broken inside. I find it shocking to see this kind of delivery principles.

You should be informed which items are really in stock before finalizing the order.

I bought the models for a gift, but I'm not sure they're what you'd expect, as the model looks very small to me! But as it's not for me, I'll check with the person who wanted the gift if it suits them (I've never made a model so it's hard to have an opinion). Delivery was fairly quick to the store in the 11th arrondissement. As the parcel was the size of an A4 envelope, I thought it was a shame that it wasn't sent to our address free of charge. Collection went smoothly, but I think customers should be advised to call before visiting the store, as I had the impression that opening hours were restricted. I tried to buy a puzzle at the same time as this order but there was very little choice (almost all were out of stock).

Ordered on July 2nd and received on the 22nd! One item was missing and the parcel was damaged. After complaining to the after-sales service, the item was returned to me with the wrong reference number (although I had indicated by e-mail that the reference number was correct, but not the description). I therefore received an article that did not correspond. When I complained, I was told, not very politely, that it was I who had given the reference number. I'm not responsible for your problems with reference numbers.
