Refusal to take back faulty product
I ordered 2 products and I only received one, I sent them an email and they did not answer me.
Product delivery was during a busy time. Delivery time was therefore not as first indicated. I had been informed that it was delivered faster. Fortunately, it all worked out because a friend was able to pick up the destination.
