I have missing parts in the model I had bought, received the model on the 13th July still not resolved now the 26th. Not impressed with the after sales support. Model kit was a Heller 1/125 scale Ariane V only 40 piece kit, 12 pieces missing ( full spruce). It���s now the 11th of August and still no parts, been told that they are being sent from 1001 model kits Vendor, who have still to send them, totally not happy with the sale support received, I have had to contact 1001 myself to get updates. Which seems to be no progress

Coincidentally this model is reasonably normally priced but I regularly come across aircraft kits that are 2x as expensive elsewhere good example is the Tamiya P28 Lightning1:48 scale costs at you €110- while everywhere else €65- To €69- as well as the AirfixMosquito scale 1:24 at julle far over the €200- while you m elsewhere can buy for half this strikes me with many of your packages why is this so? But ordered items from me are always very good and fast delivery so that is top With kind regards

I payed for the fastest shipping option and they still took over 2 months. After I finally recieved the package I figured I could order the other things I wanted since the first one checked out (even with ridiculous time). But than a month after my second order I receive an email stating the items were listed at the wrong price , and they removed every single item I purchased from their website. Took them a month to let me know they messed up, AND THE REFUND STILL HASNT GONE THROUGH!!! Forgot to add this part too at first... but also when I asked them a question via email it took 4 days for a response and the answer was just PART OF MY OWN QUESTION COPY PASTED AND SENT BACK TO ME. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS SITE!!!!!

The model itself is the size we wanted, but it's one thing for the chassis to clip on poorly to the passenger compartment. You'll have to work a little harder. But that the windshield doesn't match the Volkswagen newbeetle we ordered is quite another. I've tried to contact you without success. No one answers. So ordering another model is not advisable. Ordered a kit 9 weeks ago and was told that it had been dispatched a week later. After several email exchanges I requested an update or a refund to which the response was that they were still following up with Hermes. No further communication was forthcoming so I instructed my bank to reclaim a refund via the Chargeback arrangement which they did straight away. For more than 20 years I have ordered models from all over the world with few problems. Perhaps I was just unlucky but this was the first and last time I will use this supplier.

Horrible mail order service. My order was poorly packed so everything was covered in paint. It was a more than $80 order. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and refused to replace the shipment. They offered a $10 credit. Horrible mail order service. DO NOT order on-line from them. They do not stand behind their products.
