Not good at all Some bull shxt

Model was bought with guaranteed three… Model was bought with guaranteed three to five day delivery for which I paid extra. Model arrived ten days later. As they had failed to deliver on time I requested refund on the extra I had paid for the three to five day delivery. They refused stating that they could not refund postage as the model had already been delivered. This company advertises as being UK based but are based in France which is misrepresentation. Poor customer service. Company then offered me 5% discount on my next purchase after reading this review which they can shove where the sun does not shine.

Shame to have ordered just during the moving period but otherwise very satisfied.

Reliable siteema I did not find much general assortment model cars I was interested in the Ferrari to give as a gift and it's fine I had ordered red ede and arrived blackin fact in the next orders specified it. Anyway you are fast (codid aside)and reliable and the goods arrive undamaged.

The delivery was weeks later than indicated when ordering I had to contact them myself to suggest splitting my delivery into the items that were in stock and those that had not yet been delivered by the supplier In the end, everything took so long that I did indeed receive the delivery in two packages on the same day 🙁

I got my order very quickly. My son is very happy and he loves the new tank.

I placed an order on May 27. The amount was immediately debited but no order confirmation. 15 days later I started to write messages through the support not a single response. I finally found a contact address on trustpilot. No response. It's now been over a month since the order was placed and I've had no response to my requests. Mostly, I've had time to realize that prices are lower with this company.

To flee like the plague they debit the money and products are then unavailable although competitors have it in stock they offer a credit and refuses any refund I intend to take legal action against them and to finish the show they do not answer the phone because of covid!

COMPLETE RUBBISH! THE POSITIVE REVIEWS SEEM TO BE THE OPPOSITE OF MY EXPERIENCE AND SEEM BOGUS! I placed an order for 279.65 Euros on June 13, 2020 and still nothing! No information, no reply to my emails, unreachable... even though they immediately cashed my money (how fast they are!)!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Invoice reference: #FA200423

I am disappointed, not to say very angry. I've been waiting 2 months for my order to be delivered and nothing has been done to date. No phone calls, just typical stereo e-mails... This was a first order for me and I thought things would go well. Unfortunately, it turns out that a purchase of almost 200 euros doesn't seem to attract much interest from the seller. I know what I'll have to do in the future. This really isn't serious and I'm asking for my money back.

I have changed my mind following the sudden release of my order, which was finally processed and delivered in 7 days after 15 days without any news. In conclusion, the debit is immediate but the tracking of the order needs to be reviewed as I still had to contact the store again for my order to be unblocked. The parcel is clean

Duurt veel te lang. Duurt veel te lang. Bij vergelijkbare winkels krijg ik mijn bestelling de dag erna binnen (ook tijdens corona, dat kan dus niet meer als excuus worden gebruikt). Hier 10 dagen geleden besteld, en mijn bestelling is nog niet eens verstuurd. Bovendien meer verzendkosten betaald dan bij vergelijkbare websites. Kreeg de dag na mijn bestelling een mail van '1001hobbys.nl' en in het onderwerp '1001hobbies'. In de mail stond een link naar '1001hobbies.nl' terwijl die hele website niet bestaat. Ook nadat ik een poos geleden bij deze winkel iets had besteld kreeg ik een week erna allemaal reclamemails in 3 verschillende talen van ze. Op hun website laten ze alleen de 4- en 5-sterrenreviews zien. Get your shit together, 1001hobbies/1001hobbys/1001modelkits/1001modelbouw! Het is overduidelijk een zooi bij jullie.
