The number that Modellbau 1001 gave me costs money.20 euros for me.I was told shyly on the phone that the number was supposedly free.

My experience was very bad more than 45 days ago I placed my order and it has not arrived yet the transport company has not received it they do not want to give me my money back. Compared to other companies very bad I have placed orders elsewhere during the pandemic and in a max of 5 days I had everything in my mailbox.

I placed an order with 1001 models on May 12 and it's been a month and I still haven't received it. I paid more for the fast shipping as it was for a gift. They don't answer my emails that yes they have charged everything and don't refund the money. If I don't receive my order in these days the next thing I will do will be to report it to the Co.

Delivery time on 15.5.-ordered on4.6.2020 delivered is 3 weeks by phone not ereic hbar also by mails no answer no instructions for use
