Clear webshop easy and fast

The order took quite a long time and was also wrong, but it could be remedied with some speed.

The site can be a bit 'clunky' to navigate if you are not sure what you're looking for. Overall though, the site does have extensive ranges of models, paints, etc. The prices compare well to Amazon and eBay and delivery dates are really good and mostly the orders arrive before the quoted dates. It's just not that easy to use on a mobile phone!

Bought a model Ferrari for my son. Transaction went through easily enough. However, the model came from France and the tracking information (translated from French) suggested it might take 30 days before delivery. Contacted 1001Modelkits to ask for clarification and did not receive any reply. Slightly disappointing. The model did turn up, however, a few days later. So alls well that ends well. Just please, reply to correspondence.

Although the goods ordered were of high quality, I feel the service was slow for this day and age with misleading dates quoted on the tracking facility.

Did not receive what I ordered. Got something completly different....

I did have a little delay but I was treated very well and will be a customer in the future. The range of products stocked is outstanding. All my modelling need at one supplier including accessories and books. Happy customer.

Good shop lots of choice and well organized! Couple of small issues but irritating: - the link in the e-mails sometimes does not work because of the confusion in 1001hobbies and 1001modelbouw - delivery time of some items is very long.

Wrong item sent received my 2 item order in good time but one item sent was completely different item to that that i ordered so very disappointed with this have tried contacting support there twice but no response yet over 2 days,site does not seem to have proper complaints section so so far very disappointed with this company,item ordered was british forces patrol and support group by airfix but got sent folland gnat instead that totally unacceptable

I am satisfied and would order again. I have seen some less than complimentary reviews of this company. Yes, they are in France - and that made no impact on my getting delivery of my order. Sure it took a few weeks, but there is the Atlantic Ocean to cross and honestly the supplies I ordered made it over here in reasonable time, the price was right, and I am quite satisfied.

Order placed on July 10, received on July 28. However, the product was in stock. The order remained in process for nearly 15 days, except for the debiting of the invoice, which was immediate and not carried out on the day of dispatch.

Good communication great price

1001 modelkits got me parts for my Maverick vader. I've waited up to 8 with other shops, 3 weeks after ordering 1001 Models had delivered. Excellent service and competitive prices.

Frankly inadequate. 9 days to ship a small photo-etched part which was in stock, then 15 days to arrive from Northern France to the UK. So 24 days in total. The management needs to review its procedures. There are plenty of model suppliers out there.

First time using 1001, but really pleased with the ease of ordering and speed of delivery post despatch. Whilst the are not the cheapest the kits arrived well packed to avoid damage. Will definitely use again.
