I paid for an express shipment to arrive in 3-4 days and it took 3 weeks and they offered me a refund of the shipping costs once after I requested them and they have neither refunded them nor replied to my request.

Very bad ! I have been waiting for more than a month for a package and they don't tell me anything they just send me automatic messages and nobody takes charge I paid in advance and I don't know if I will receive my order unfortunately.

I have not received the model for more than 1 month since I bought it and there is no telephone number or e-mail address where I can complain.

Today I am very unhappy with the service because it has been more than a month since I ordered some paints and they have not arrived yet. The customer service does not offer me any help, they only say that it has already been sent and they do not answer the phone. I just hope that my order arrives and at least the product is ok. Of course I will not buy from them again.

I placed an order on May 5. The order was paid for. When I saw that the order did not arrive, I phoned. An English-speaking operator because I found out that the head office is in Paris. I wrote an email asking and they sent me the tracking number of the shipment. The status of the shipment is always the same...and Celeris, who is the carrier, told me that they can't tell me anything. I have sent two more e-mails with no response. Today is June 2nd. And according to an automatic email the order was shipped on May 11th. My opinion is a shame.

This website works with the worst delivery company out there. Before making a purchase through this website check the reviews on the internet about Zeleris which is the delivery company they work with.

Terrible experience... the scaletrix came with a french plug (I ordered from a British website, I.e. a .co.uk and had it delivered to an English address so it should���ve come with an English plug). There are no phone numbers that actually work !!! And i have looked all over the internet for contact phone numbers. I had to spend ��25 to return the scaletrix as it���s broken (and I had to buy a french to Uk plug adapter). When I do get a reply to my questions (sent via the website) my question is rarely answered correctly!!! And I am still chasing them up for my refund and also for them to reimburse me for the postage for me to return the broken scaletrix set
