Hi a month ago I placed and paid for the order. I am still without the product and I need help...

I will be able to give my opinion when I receive it because I have been waiting more than a month for it.

1001 model kits did me proud with getting my Varyag to me, especially in the current circumstances. Their service was great, and I will be using them again.

This site masquerades as a UK trader when it is actually French. Not that I object to them being French. Someone has to be. But I go on line in search of UK traders and I resent these sort of traps being set. For the time being it does not matter so much in terms of customs tariffs but from 2021 it presumably will. so caveat emptor. Also their emails contain links that are not live and when you do get on their website and enter their given details in the tracking box it still does not work.

They have a good range of models at pretty good prices. Delivery from France to the UK, especially during the pandemic, has been swift and at the beginning rather than at the end of the promised period. All items delivered intact and undamaged. No problems with this company.

Wrong rocket model delivered. I had ordered the German mission model rocket. French mission was delivered. The plastic bag with the components is torn open. Not a good service.

Placed an order with 1001 Maquettes in France on April 20th. By MAY 26th no word no nothing so I wrote saying I no longer needed the item asking to cancel and refund. ON the 27th they write back asking if I really mean it. I reply on the 27th yes cancel and refund. I get a reply TODAY May 29th that they are so sorry but the item was supposedly shipped on the 27th. Is this good customer service? I leave it to you but I will NEVER deal with them again! Their service was MERDIQUE!!!!

When I was unable to use the link on the website to track the shipment I contacted them by email and received a response within 2 hours giving a link to use - which for reference was trackyourparcel.eu Everything arrived today well packed. There are quite a lot of negative reviews here - I felt I should redress the balance a little !
