Perfectly perfect?

I was very upset when UPS sent me an... I was very upset when UPS sent me an email telling me my F-106 model had been delivered and UPS had not been seen on the street I live on. So I start a claim against UPS and the claim was denied because only the shipper can file a claim. On the third evening while I was working on the claim I received a phone call from someone 4 blocks away informing me that they had my shipment. It was addressed to me but had the wrong address on the package. This kind person researched my name and found my address and they were on the to deliver it. I checked the order and my mailing address was correct. Someone at the shippers end entered the wrong address. The model looks great but I will have to find a way to remove the decals and put the set I ordered on. I wish they produce the aircraft model without decals so customers then apply what they want on them.

Quick and easy ordering. Not easy to track on the interface, but delivery times respected.

Slow in shipping which you can not follow. And if the product is not there after waiting many days they send you a voucher to buy in their store. Charging you again for the shipping and start again the circul.

Everything conforms to delivery and deadline

Correction to a previous review... When I purchased the HMS Victory from Billing boats, one plank was missing. My successive requests to rectify this oversight were in vain... In fact, 1001 Maquettes Hobbies had made the necessary arrangements with the manufacturer, Billing Boats, who took some time to rectify the problem. Today I received the missing part.
