Perfect delivery on time during containment problems

They said they had my item in stock i paid them nearly �100.00 when it did`nt arrive i checked tracking only to see ""not available"" i e mailed them and they replied that i could have a cover note to get other item of same value. as there`s nothing else i want i said i wanted my money back . they have not answered me . i have tried time and time again to contact them but no reply. dont make the same mistake as me-dont trust them to refund .

Relevant information required for customs clearance in Switzerland was forgotten. This extended the delivery time by weeks.

Model ""fanatic"" if I can call it that ... I'm talking about an Audi R8 ... Challenging assembly ... So it takes passion and dedication ... What to say really nice!

Bonjour votre site est très bien pour le choix des marques mais lorsque l'on tape sur la description d'une maquette il serait très judicieux d'avoir les références des peintures pour celle-ci je prépare actuellement une commande de plusieurs modèles et je suis dans le doute pour mon stock de peint

Hi, I have a problem with my model that I paid for but never received. I have the tracking of my order but when I go to Laposte to pick up my package they tell me that it has been lost.

I even ordered decals off a Japanese based company on ebay and even these have arrived before my order from 1001! This will be my first and last purchase from 1001.

Item never received. Unable to contact seller to let them know that the item has been returned to them by their courier. Would not use again.

Lousy service. I bought an order two weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive in 8 days. I sent them 2 emails asking why it did not arrive and why on the tracking page it said it was on hold and the address was incomplete and I have not received any response from them yet.

There is no way to get our order this is not normal if we had known that in a month we would not have it in any way we would have trusted them for our part we are not happy at all.

I do not recommend it. My first order was dated April 24. It has not arrived. Unjustifiable. Several emails and the answers were the same. Unjustifiable. I do not understand the support or the shipping method.

Quick to process refund got a refund from this company (based in France, not the UK) due to delays on delivering a birthday present which was ordered 2 weeks in advance of the birthday. To be fair to them they were quick with refund when I complained (hence the three stars). I marked them down a couple of stars as it's still a bit misleading on their website as to where the company is based.
