Placed my order about a month ago. Immediately received a mail saying order came through and they're working on it. Few days later another mail telling me package is being handled should be on it's way soon. Since then not a single word of communication no updates nothing. Already two weeks late all I got was a mail giving me a �5- discount on the next order. How about finishing my current order first? Then we'll see if your ""services"" are required again.

I pay 20 € for an express delivery that should have arrived on April 8. Well, the package arrived more than 2 weeks later. In addition they tell you that the package is already shipped when in fact if you track it it says that it has not left their facilities. I understand that this is a difficult business situation and people are being very understanding. But what cannot be tolerated is that customers are being taken for fools by lying to them.

Out of 12 pots ordered, 2 do not conform. I ordered a steel red and received a steel red pot with dark grey inside. The delivery time was very long, but in a complicated health period, no blame can be laid. Decu on the other hand of these errors for which I'll have to make a new order.

I placed an order on 30032020 payment was made on 31032020 here we are on 25042020 and still nothing received I have contacted them 3 times I was given a parcel number when I go to the Colissimo site I am told that the parcel is still at 1001 maquettes and when I go to the 1001 maquettes site I am told that the parcel has been shipped which apparently is false so I am starting to wonder if the people who run this company are really serious I really have doubts I will ask for a refund see

Covid has a good back. Change the delivery dates on the site and at least answer the phone to reassure customers. If I did that with my customers....Bref I wouldn't order from 1001 hobb any more.

Considering the delay with the current conditions the delivery is good. The items received are of the quality I want. I just have a problem finding items (perhaps a fault on my part example I am looking for figurines Tamiya 135 it is the entire range TAMIYA that scrolls For the rest everything suits me. Jame
