Delay in delivery of items but expected during these times. Otherwise was a good service

Extremely disappointed !!!!!! Over 1 month and a half for delivery!!! Upon receipt of the package no paint matches the color needed for the project!!! Despite ordering the accessory kit, a salesman advised us over the phone! 30€ all the same !!!! When assembling the car, the decals were baked on (cracked when I put the car in the water to remove them) !!! Very poor finish! Over 2 hours of sanding and deburring! First and LAST order

Taking advantage of my free time with my seven year old boy I recovered one of my "jewels", my collection of soldiers and figurines (more than 60 boxes) from when I was a child and teenager fond of models. Recently it was his birthday and I decided to give him a surprise. Within a week I have received the four boxes I requested in perfect condition. Since the confinement is getting longer, I will order again in the next few weeks.

Begin maart een bouwdoos besteld. Ik kreeg geen mail dat de bestelling rond was. Alleen op de site zag ik dat de transactie geslaagd was. Na 3 weken heb ik ze gemaild met de vraag waar het bleef. Vervolgens 5 dagen later antwoord gehad waar ik helemaal niks mee kon. Daarna nog 3x contact gezocht via de mail (want het buitenlandse nummer op de site doet het natuurlijk niet...) Geen reactie. Ik wil gewoon mijn geld terug en ik bestel hier NOOIT MEER. En als ik u was zou ik dat ook niet doen. Oplichters!

Order placed on March 30, everything was displayed in stock 4 days later items on hold and for 6 days now I have been told that my order has been sent by colissimo and colissimo tells me that they will soon receive the parcel to be delivered to me. I ordered a TRX4 CHASSIS KIT on 23032020 with mode in 3 payments. The package is supposed to have been shipped on 11042020. To date? A (bleep). Sent several emails with always the same answer: ""will arrive shortly!"" I'll tell you what will arrive shortly na nice complaint complete with compensation!!! But for what (bleep) reason do you give availability if you do not have the goods in stock? Poiho paid an extra fee for shipping with tracking but the site (courier used by you) does not show me the location of the package having as message : the package will be delivered there shortly!!! Can you explain to me then why it is showing as SHIPPED? I give you maximum next week as time then starts the communication by legal way!!!!! PS: I can't give more than 3 stars sorry! The central problem was first securing the sale and then calmly sending the kit once they had it in stock! Unprofessional..... I recommend you to change supplier and courier.

Correct delivery and price

I had no problem with the shipping and I ordered it at the height of COVID-19. I took the standard shipping and it arrived the next day after the deadline indicated on the website. I read some reviews of shipping failures but it has not been my experience.
