Bit late response but great explanation and Neat delivery
Delivery from 25.03.20 has still not arrived. No one can be reached by phone. There is no response to the second and subsequent emails. Once and never again.

Unreliable site!!! They give the possibility to order everything and then they don't have the availability in stock and they don't know when the new goods arrive. Of 4 puzzles they will send me maybe one after more than a month of waiting and only because I inquired otherwise who knows how many months I would have to wait. SHAME!!! VERY BAD SERVICE

I ordered the 7042020 and still haven't received anything. I took a model from stock and sent it within two days, but with the coronas I don't mind a little delay, but two weeks without any email to warn of a possible delay is not good.
Today, April 21st, the order of April 3rd has not arrived. When it arrives it will remain closed and at the end of the confinement I will return it for a refund. No information. Nothing. It took a while, but that is logical in these circumstances.
The order took about twenty days to arrive. Okay, it was covid19's fault. But they don't reply to the emails we send them, even though their answering machine promises very quick replies. I sent them an e-mail to complain about a bag of parts missing from the Concorde model box. No more response than when I asked about the status of the order. Delay a bit long but finally delivered!

They announce that during COVID they are still shipping. I paid for express service but 12 days after the estimated delivery date I have not received anything.
