Couldn't track my order on the website or get in contact to find out what was happening, went onto Facebook and saw lots of people hadn't received their goods and got worried, almost 2 weeks before I received my goods so very expensive delivery charges in my opinion.

I received the little model and despite the packaging it arrived a broken piece. Disappointed and had no response via email! Poor customer service!

Order placed on April 6 after 9 days of ""package being prepared"" for 3 days it has been showing as shipped.All merchandise purchased was stated as ""in stock"" and immediately available for shipment. I am waiting for the goods to arrive but surely this is the first and last order. I understand the Covid emergency but this is not seriousness do not write that the goods will be shipped in 24 hours NOT TRUE!!!
