I've ordered my package on March 22nd 2020 and still have not received my package it is like mid-april the sculpting needs to really work on their delivery their telephone numbers do not work the company that they use for delivery their telephones do not work I know you don't have a lot better customer service am I able to talk to a live person stuff a stupid email

Ze vragen 399� verzendingskosten voor een decal velletje op te sturen. Een maand later nog altijd niets ontvangen. 2de keer dat ik hier bestel en ook de laatste keer. Steeds ongelooflijk lang wachten op je bestelling!!! Jullie zouden beschaamd moeten zijn om verzendingskosten te vragen gezien de lange leveringstijd ????

Good price, good delivery, especially during the lockdown. No complaints at all.

Disappointed as parts took ages to arrive because one part was missing. Finished my model using alternative paints before my order arrived.

The model that I bought for around 40€ went down to 27€ a few days after my purchase. There was no special offer on this product, so I don't understand and I'm not sure that I'll be able to afford it.

In spite of the confinement the delay is very long especially when you announce parcel dispatched and at the end of one week colissimo announces parcel always to you and I wanted on my order to take product in stock and there at the end of some week you announced to me out-of-stock of a good part of order not of problem you had just sent a message there is little to say to me of the delay.I went back to a competitor for my paints and models cocktail distribution 2 the no problem fast shipments for me I know its hard already started to make updates in your stock and given the 2 purchases large enough for me a small commercial gesture from you would have pleased me for the wait fortunately that you are not the only ones on the market apart from that nothing to complain about your catalog despite these small problem I think continue to pass to you I hope to have an answer from you good evening to all the team and I hope to see you soon!

I have not yet received a parcel that was scheduled for 2-day delivery. The parcel was picked up 1 week after the order was placed. No worries in view of the events but just communicate what is done.

I bought a model of the Mach2 series. When I opened the box I noticed that there were numerous defects at the plastic injection points. I sent an email to complain with photos. All parts of the fuselage are affected. 1001 maquettes replied, saying that the problem was well known and that buyers know that poor-quality models need to be retouched before assembly. There are holes and very pronounced imperfections. I can't see how I can make them disappear, especially as it's a rocket and there are drawings in the fuselage, so it's impossible to make up for them. I'm a jewelry maker, so I know all about surface treatment. 1001 maquettes offers me a €15 voucher for a €70 model, which curiously enough is €40 on the official French Mach2 website. Who are we kidding? Yves M

I know it's not your problem but it's been shipped since April 3rd and it's the 13th and I haven't received the package...I guess this situation slows down the shipping.

The model is as in the photo arrived without a problem. It is not the first time I buy and it will not be the last.
