An order placed on November 3rd says according to their website that it will be shipped on the 15th of that month on the 28th I still don't know anything about the shipment since the distributor in Madrid has not arrived in 13 days of travel from France to Spain today it has to be bringing a lame donkey at least I will continue to wait but little hope that this appears. Problems on the website. No list of delivery points but an error message. No possibility to cancel an out-of-stock product line because of a computer error message. You get the feeling that the site isn't finished or badly tested. On the other hand, after a phone call, the responsiveness was very good. I got the products on time

Satisfied with the product and delivery but after receiving a discount code I tried to use it the same day and it was not validated because it had expired!

Problem cited Product not available at other point of sale!!!?. Refund request on Nov. 12 by telephone. Refund promised on Nov. 13 (only on Wednesdays?)...Still nothing on the following Wednesday, Nov. 20!
