I ordered a model from them and it arrived in January. When I have been assembling it for two days I realize that several panels of parts are missing. I contact them and they tell me that they will reimburse me for the purchase or send me the missing parts. I have been waiting for 5 weeks and sending them all the information they ask me for and they give me long delays or ask me for information that I have already sent them before. I bought 3 weeks ago 5 products from the catalog for my elderly father who needs something for entertainment. I wrote a week later and was told that one of the models was missing.
