Catastrophic after 3 weeks of waiting and several calls from me to customer service an order finally arrived..... but it's not the order I made (there must be someone still waiting for his figurine while I'm still waiting for my paintings !!!!). Unable to contact customer service..... I don't know what's going on right now at 1001hobbies but it's just a charade...

This site has the most amazing collection of kits I've ever encountered before, including products by makers I'd never even heard of before. I'd been looking for a kit of a specific aircraft for years without success, and finally found one here. It has not disappointed.

Ive used these guys a few times. You place your order and get about a million notifications then silence for a few weeks. Then all of a sudden Hermes or UPS tell you they have had an international package for you and it appears on a courier. Good prices on some items, every order has been completely fulfilled
