My order was for a model of the Glorieux boat, which arrived safely. It said that the glue and paints were not supplied, so I bought everything I needed for the model. I reread everything several times, but at no point did it say that I also had to buy the shroud wires, and there was no indication of exactly which paint to use (reference number, etc.). So I took the ones that were just recommended and I was missing 4 more than expected, so I had to place a new order! What's more, the site bugs a lot and my second order still hasn't arrived. I'm a medium

Overall, the service is good (shipping, delivery time, packaging, contact). However, I didn't give it top marks because I found the customer service answers imprecise. I had asked about the number of copies available of a product for a group order. Shortly after placing my order, the product was still available (perhaps a quick restocking...). I could have grouped my order instead of making 2. In conclusion, the customer service response is sometimes rushed, but it's still a good site with good service.

Store really stocked with everything. Ordered in February the merchandise was not all available so I had to wait a while but I was getting emails from the seller keeping me updated on the order. Later I had problems with the delivery because the package was in some kind of storage but the Team helped me to solve the situation. Never saw my order and cancelled after 11 days. 1001 Hobbies then tried to claim that I knew these weren't in stock fortunately I took a snip of the item description screen (which I'm happy to share) which shows this is untrue and I did indeed order in good faith. Everything worked out great gladly again

After some problems at Swiss customs for incomplete documents the shipment arrived on time for a shipment with La Posta Economy. The items are beautiful and as per the catalog. Negative note to Colissimo which creates confusion in tracking the shipment.
