Everything perfect delivery ok material ok. Attention next time close the packaging better because the shippers damaged it but everything arrived unscathed.

Easy order, easy delivery. Pb due to Colissimo shipment indicated as delivered but only delivered the next day. After complaining to the post office, they called me back but I'm not too hopeful for any information explaining how a parcel reported delivered on the Colissimo site can be delivered the next day. So no problem with 1001 maquettes, which were perfect.

Do not buy here they force you to spend 70 euros to get free shipping and despite that the shipping has been delayed a lot and about the price on Amazon I have seen the same products with a price difference quite noticeable with one or two days shipping without having to force you to spend that money already elevated.

The model is magnificent. We are satisfied with the delivery time and the product.

After placing my order online I never received any order acknowledgement or despatch notification emails. Any attempt to ascertain any response by email resulted in zero reply. Only after raising a case with Paypal the product that advertised as in stock was dispatched 12 days after ordering according to the postmark on the package. This is NO WAY WHATSOEVER to treat a customer. Therefore I will no longer deal with 1001maquettes. In addition their new named website 1001hobbies.fr results in a security warning from my security software. Warning? ADDITIONAL INFO IN RESPONSE TO SUPPLIER REPLY. I ensured that my email address was correctly entered there is no soft bounce my email queries did not elicit any response. 4 to 6 business days don't equate to a total of 12 days. Last of all the website DID say in stock so please do not question my integrity. FURTHER REPLY TO SUPPLIER 2ND REPLY. I have NEVER had such level of problems with any other online supplier of goods. Your 1001hobies.fr still produces a security warning for me. Therefore I abide by my decision to take my business elsewhere.

Prices were fine, and they had stock where a lot of other people didn't. Would use again. Delivery fine too, within the timeframe indicated
