It never gave me an actual location just (eventually) that the item had been delivered to the destination country...pretty broad as it�s a pretty big country. 1 star because 0 is not possible. Ordered a model on December 4 and opted for fast delivery at more than 8 euros to be sure to have it for Christmas. On December 10 no news, no tracking number, so I emailed to find out the status of my order and was told that they were waiting for the product and would send it to me as soon as they received it.
