Non-existent customer service that ignores your problems. Is the order taking a long time to ship? They reassure you that it will arrive sooner or later. Do you want to cancel the order because you've been waiting for months? They completely ignore you. I requested a refund because 2 of the 3 items I ordered months ago were never available, and they first ignore me and are vague, and then they ship the third one without my permission. If you shop with them, I suggest using Paypal so you can more easily get your money back.

Problems with Mondial Relay pickup points are not the seller's fault. But up to 2 times (and who knows even longer) the order was delayed due to a product on pre-order that is not coming in stock.
