What's more, I got a message saying that your parcel was arriving at your relay point today, but it wasn't. It was only 2 days later that the same message arrived and it turned out to be wrong.

Delivery of products ordered in good condition, but the delivery time was too long. The reason given for waiting for certain products from a foreign supplier is understandable, but why not tell the customer when ordering that certain products are not in stock?
