I usually like to discuss any questions I may have about the items I wish to purchase with a member of staff but glad to say that everything turned out ok. The range of items was a delight to see from just one supplier. I am now considering my next buying spree with 1001. Thanking all the team for a great effort in delivering my order within one week. I placed my order on 30042020 and had to contact customer service via their e-mail support to find out that a product in stock at the time of my order (acrylic bright yellow pot 22ml) was no longer in stock when the order was being prepared... it's now 1505 and I still haven't received confirmation of the order modification I had to make in order to hope to receive my parcel one day. I join the complaint about the delivery times. They do not answer and the customer service phone jumps you a speech in English and cuts off. Since day 6 they tell me in an email that the order has been shipped.
