Process of ordering and paying was quite simple and delivery was within the predicted time period.

Were stalled for over 3 weeksthen it was said the package has disappearedon the phone the employee promised us she would take care of it immediately and would call back but she never did! But miracles happen again and again especially at Christmas time today on December 27, 2019! the package arrived! Nevertheless never again!

The shipping FREAKING WENT UP TO 22$. THIS IS FREAKING ROBBERY. There should be a deal where if you spend over $30 the shipping goes down. My subtotal was $40, but the with shipping it was $62. I was so mad that I didn't even purchase my items, and I still won't until I get a reasonable answer on why the shipping is so expensive.

The product itself is flawless and the delivery (time) was great. But it can't be that a puzzle is delivered in such an oversized package! About environmentally friendly etc. This made us very angry!

The items conform to the description and are packed with care. I do not give 5 stars as they are not very clear on the shipping types and their respective delivery times. I ordered on December 6 and the package arrived on December 23 so slightly longer than the stated 7-9 business days. Also for some shipping methods the tracking does not work. To my requests for clarification they were always polite and helpful.

This is the second time i follow express courier and both times it was impossible for me to check the progress of the delivery. the indicated times were met but the fact remains that the shipment tracking service is unusable. otherwise everything is ok.

I ordered a model on December 6 for a Christmas present. Today is the 25th and it has never arrived at the worldwide relay point. I contacted 1001 maquettes and even though the people were very nice, no one was able to tell me where my package was. The Mondial Relay point has been closed for 1 month and I'm still waiting for an answer.

Sorry for this counter-opinion, but the advertised prices are more than excessive! I found the P38 model by tamiya in the shops at 6900 euro, offered here at 13900...., so it's not at all competitive.

Order made on 1112 and it's now 2512 and still nothing in point relay change the deliveryman quickly because it was a christmas present and now it's useless to have it 3 weeks after the order and don't talk to me about strikes I don't think parcels arrive by train.

Really disappointed Really disappointed, ordered on 14th December, told delivery date was 23rd, but still not arrived. We will have one disappointed child in the morning:(
