CancellationCancellation after 2 days, i.e. within the GTC period (14 days) is ignored. Feedback is not given even after repeated e-mails. Only ever told that delivery will be made. Update of 29.12.2020 on the reply from 1001: now it is claimed that my e-mails were not recorded even though my cancellation e-mails were used for further replies to delivery notifications from 1001. I have all the correspondence from 1001 as well. I guess the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. End of story.

Very disappointed by this site is not 1st order and last paintings order November 30 ship December 9 after we will say it's covid ... Good apologies, I live in Paris and the store is closed, so I have to pay shipping costs.
