Disappointed with customer service I placed an order on 22 November (for an item that ""usually ships 3-5 days""). Order did not ship until 9 December. Next, I specifically requested and paid for expedited shipping, but item was shipped economy (2 weeks delivery time and no tracking). As a result, it is unlikely my item will not arrive in time for to be a Christmas gift as intended (more than a month after ordering). Customer service offered to refund the difference between economy and expedited shipping, but this won't help the package get here in time. BEWARE of poor quality and slow customer service.
