Fast shipping. Goods top.

Waited over a month for it to be shipped and then shipping took another 2 weeks. Customer service has hit my pockets full, I could have ordered from China. Bumshop!!!

The products delivered correspond to the order. But the delivery was first indicated to me in a place where the parcel was not located... and three days later in a place where the parcel was not located.

Nefarious. This is the second time they have done the same thing to me. I don't buy from them anymore. When choosing the products it appeared on the screen that they would deliver the product between 3 - 5 days and it has taken 21 days. 16 days after collecting the money they send an email stating that they are taking too long because they do not have the product in stock. Hiding this information from the customer at the time of purchase is abusing the transaction and denying the buyer the possibility of choosing an alternative. It is a good way to lose the confidence of buyers, even if it takes 21 days.

Disappointed that the material the models are made of is plastic, which isn't very nice... No small equipment at all to assemble them (glue etc.).
